Who we are

This website is operated by the World Research Institute, the intelligence and research arm of the World Certification Institute (WCI). This policy describes what information we collect on this site, why, and the choices you have. Our subscription portal at intelligence.worldresearch.org is a separate service with its own published terms.

What we collect

• Contact-form submissions. When you use our contact form we receive the details you provide — name, business email, organisation, research interest, and your message. Submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics. We use two analytics services. Plausible is a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that records aggregate page statistics without identifying individual visitors. Google Tag Manager may set cookies and collect usage data (such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used.
• Technical logs. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (Netlify and Cloudflare) process IP addresses and request data as part of serving and securing the site.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the site, and understand aggregate readership of our research. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

The services that process data on our behalf are Netlify (hosting and forms), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google (Tag Manager analytics), and Plausible (cookieless analytics). Each processes data under its own published privacy terms.

Cookies

Plausible sets no cookies. Google Tag Manager may set analytics cookies; you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the site remains fully usable without them.

Retention and your rights

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Subject to applicable data-protection laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@worldresearch.org. We aim to acknowledge requests within five working days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
